If you are in need of an easy Spring dinner look no further. All you need is a bunch of watercress and a salmon fillet. Place the salmon fillet in a hot skillet, cover with olive oil and rub
this stuff on it. Once the salmon is done, place the fillet on a bed of watercress. Serve with a side of couscous and sliced pineapple. A dinner which appears to be fancy in a mere 20 minutes. Enjoy!
