I realize Easter is just around the corner, but our St. Patrick's Day was our most festive to date. We don't drink and we are not Irish, but we still like any excuse to wear green, eat corn beef, lots of sweet and celebrate. My mother is a whiz at making holidays festive and when she is not around for one, you feel like something is just missing.
