Sweet success

Fall officially made its arrival with a day of incessant rain, blustery wind and gray skies. I can think of no better day to make comfort food than that. I decided to commence this seasons baking with Cinnamon Rolls and consulted Cooking Light for a lighter version. Note: I cut the butter by a third and used 1% milk instead of cream for the icing and they tasted perfectly delicious to me.
