Pizza Party

As the weather heats up, it just begs for easy entertaining, cooking on the BBQ and utilization of all the fresh ingredients we have at our disposal. One of my favorite things to make is grilled pizzas. After a little trial and error I have come to the conclusion that smaller is better, keeping the underside of the dough oiled is essential for removing from the grill and the more fresh toppings the better. This would be an ideal Summer party where everyone can sign up to bring a topping, fresh fruit or Summery beverage. Once everyone arrives, there is plenty of time to mingle, chat and enjoy the sunshine.
