Pockets of springtime

When I think about a cities, usually I think of all the high rises, endless amounts of pavement, congestion, and lack of parking, but Seattle as whole is quite the opposite. It has its share of pavement, certain areas are typically congested, but there is also a softer side to the city, one in which beauty and peace can dwell simultaneously. It is in these pockets of springtime that I find my refuge in which I forget I am in a city at all.
