Have fork, will travel

There is this roaming, mobile restaurant called Skillet. The Seattle Food Examiner explained it like this: "The premise is simple. Take a gleaming Airstream trailer, add a generator-powered kitchen, find a parking lot and…voila! You’re in business. Weekly e-mails provide their whereabouts...tossed with a little of this-and-that." Today, I was heading to my favorite place for lunch for my usual soup and roll, when I caught something shiny out of the corner of my eye. This was the first time I have come across it down near where I work and I decided to be adventurous and give it a try. Boy I was in for surprise.....gourmet on wheels, it was the best hamburger I have ever had, it even had bacon jam which is a definite first for me. It has been referred to as the "traveling bundle of tastiness" and to find its whereabout go to: skilletstreetfood.com.

You were just who I was thinking of. I am so full I doubt I should/will be eating dinner tonight. Beware! So glad you tried the frittata.

Yippee! I'm off the hook for cooking tonight. It's about time you tried Skillet. They are next to me tomorrow, I'll have to tell Lynn.
