I am always surprised to hear how many people rarely venture over to West Seattle because they believe it to be too far away. From downtown Seattle you can board the King County Water Taxi and within ten minutes find yourself on the shores of
Alki beach. If you time your visit around a mealtime; might I suggest visiting
Marination Ma Kai for lunch.
