Salmon with brown sugar and mustard glaze

As a delicious alternative to ham, Everyday Food featured this salmon recipe on a bed of watercress. I had never bought watercress before, but we have already made it twice in the past couple weeks. This recipes has been a hit not only for taste, but for presentation. I tend to gravitate towards recipes which appear fancy, but require minimal work and this one definitely fits the bill.
