At the end of the day there are two things I look forward to: a good meal and a good sunset. On this particular day, I made the conscious decision to bbq despite the thermometer hovering around forty degrees all day. If I timed it just right I would be up on the rooftop at the correct time for my sunset while making dinner.
The evening light was delicious, it was the first time I had turned on the bbq in months and my Grilled Greek Chicken Kebabs from Everyday Food were the perfect subject. The Mint Feta Sauce is so delectable I could eat it by the spoonful, just saying.
