Part 1: A year in review

Instead of boring you with a long letter of all our accomplishments or activities this year, I thought I would present a pictorial account of some of the highlights, because lets face it...... I have a lot of documentation.

In January.......
we took advantage of the snow on the ground,

had fun dressing up for a murder mystery dinner party,

took additional trips up to the mountains,

celebrated Cameron's grandma's 90th birthday in San Francisco

and celebrated Cameron's birthday in Portland, Oregon.

In February, the celebrating continued with Valentine's day,

which include a Valentine's hike (of course)

and a Valentine's brunch at Salty's.

March kept us busy with rainy hikes, which helped make the tulips grow

which we visited in April.

One particular rainy Saturday we explored downtown Tacoma, with a stop at the Glass museum.

Our Spring included clowning around and lots of walks to Lincoln Park.

This April we were able to head down to Costa Rica for a second visit and enjoy such activities as kayaking in one of the few warm water fjords in the world.

In May, we were surprised with a weekend of hot weather and decided to spend it on Lake Union.

This Summer we took many trips up to the top of the Space Needle,

enjoyed as much fresh air and picnics as possible

and when it was not hot enough here, we headed east of the mountains for more sunshine.

In June, we had our hearts stolen by Davis,

camped along the beach,

realized the hazards of over packing,

and celebrated my little sister's graduation from high school.
