What's on the menu

Cool, rainy weather, dinner guests and feeling like we have been in a rut have sparked a week full of cooking and baking. So far we have made:

Spice rubbed Sockeye Salmon with corn on the cob and wild rice.
Strawberry Shortcakes
Homemade Whole Wheat Pizza
Mushroom Risotto with Asparagus
Rocky Road Bars
Mushroom ravioli with marinara sauce
