'Tis the season for entertaining

Maybe it is a combination of the time of year and the weather, but we have been feeling extra festive......staying up late and acting as though every week night was the weekend. Having people over and really being able to be home and enjoy our tree has also been nice. Last night we had the Mapes over and were able to get to know them better. We feel blessed because there has been an endless supply of great company this holiday season and all of our friends from out of town have not even arrived yet!! I tried another new recipe for dessert, Satsuma Cloud Tart and it was simply delightful, like our company.
