For Christmas I received a few new cookbooks and an awesome set of pots and pans, I feel like a new woman in the kitchen now. I know there are a lot of Martha haters out there, but I must say this new one by Martha is fabulous. Anything you might want to know about cooking is in this book. The other night I had my family over for dinner and made a few things from it pages....namely homemade spinach ravioli with ricotta filling. I learned a few things about making pasta, since I have never done this before and so next time I am certain it will be even better.
