You know you have been making too many cookies when your husband refers to you as Betty Crocker. I decided to be adventurous and have back to back days of making Linzers.....not such a good idea because I am actually sore from too much rolling pin use. (Lame, I know.) Well in between the Linzers I decided to make something else I had never made before, which is chocolate biscotti. I think it turned out well, I have not tried it, but Cameron assures me it is delectable.
