Apres-work, four miles and one great view

Sometimes it is hard to feel like it is Summer when you have to be inside all day and work, but last night Cameron and I headed to the mountains for a little evening reprieve. Usually we are known to roam these parts on a Saturday, so what a welcome treat it was to go during the week. Most of the time we have not eaten lunch or just snacked so come dinner we are really hungry, what better than a mondo Chipotle burrito. Why doesn’t it taste like this at home? I love them even though they are affiliated with my nemesis McDonald’s.
